Production

Our extensive and specialised facilities include an Applications Lab, Clean Quality Assurance Lab, an Extracts Factory and a new Head Office facility, all ergonomically sound and energy efficient. The products we create in our on-site laboratory are thoroughly tested in our industrial kitchen and do not leave site without a full and comprehensive package of support documentation, specific to that product.

Among an impressive array of certifications, we have worked hard to obtain a double A grade “British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Food Standard” certification and are currently working toward ‘Food Safety Modernisation Act’ (FSMA) recognition as part of our growth in USA market and our Technical Manager is our Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) in line with this.

We believe it’s a worthwhile investment to continually upgrade the factory equipment because it maximises operational efficiency and maintains the highest health and safety standards.

In addition, our factory premises and processes have been independently assessed and we have Certification to supply Kosher, Halal and Organic (Soil Association Approved) products.
